The Position

Location:

Southampton SO15.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Salary:

£14,000 pa

Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, your role will be to manage the onboarding process of a new customer or existing customers through to implementation to ensure the project is delivered on time and delivers the best possible customer experience.

You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organisation and timeline.

Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Managing customer onboarding, porting and terminations processes.
Oversee project procurement management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

Experience in the Telecoms industry is required.
Project Management experience managing small to complex projects.
Ability to coordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines, including resource planning activities to drive efficient work processes.
Ability to work both on your own utilising selfinitiative to make decisions and within the wider team.
Strong interpersonal skills, being able to manage customers, suppliers and partners.
Ability to present detailed information to wider business on project statues.
