We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, independent, community pharmacy group that provides excellent training and career development.


Our client is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team at their store in Bath (BA2), working alongside an exceptional in-store team and a friendly head office with a superb supportive operations team.


This is a full time, permanent position, working 4 weekdays (9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break) and alternative Saturdays (9am to 1pm).

Up to £26 per hour depending on experience + bonus scheme, company pension, and GPHC fees paid.

Our client is able to offer Visa Sponsorship should any applicants require this.


Essential Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Professional and competent GPHC accredited and registered Pharmacist.
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm).
  • Strong experience of running a busy community pharmacy.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

  • Dispensing Prescription medicine to the public in accordance with the regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting GP's orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibles, and prescribing errors.
  • Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, labelling medicines.
  • Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions.
  • Undertaking medicine reviews (MUR's) and other advance services to help patients.
