My client, a highly established estate agent across Norfolk, are looking for an Area Manager to lead ten of their profitable estate agency branches.

We are looking for an experienced manager and leader, who comes with a proven track record of managingmultiple offices or a large flagship branch.


Responsibilities for this Area Manager role will include:

  • Management of entire sales team
  • front and back office staff across 10 branches
  • Coaching, mentoring and 11 with current team to develop
  • Dealing with P&L, recruitment and business strategy
  • Liaising with the other Directors to help manage the business
  • Control and manage profitability and business plan for future months and years

Skills & Experience for this Area Manager role:

  • Minimum 5 years senior experience within property
  • Proven track record in running multiple branches or a large flagship branch
  • Local area knowledge across Norfolk
  • Track record developing previous brand/agents
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and drive a team to success

Benefits for this Area Manager role include:

  • Generous base salary circa £50,000
