Description
Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary Training Coordinator

part-time with 60%) in

Stafford/UK.


Your tasks:

- you will be responsible for the organization and coordination of our customer trainings (e.g. managing registrations, booking hotels, etc)
- you will have direct liaison with OMICON trainers (internationally)
- you will coordinate the preparation of the documentation by EU team member, all equipment is booked from EU
- you will be in direct interaction with the customer, also attending local social events in the evening (COVID allowing)


Your profile:

- you have successfully completed your commercial education
- you have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers
- you have an independent and service-oriented way of working, commitment and team spirit are among your strengths
- you possess strong organizational skills
- you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; experience in the use of CRM and ERP would be of advantage
- you have an excellent command of English, any other language is a plus
