Key Responsibilities:

Individualised Support: Work closely with students with special educational needs, providing one-on-one or small group support to enhance their learning experience.

Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies that address the unique learning requirements of each student.

Adaptation of Materials: Modify learning materials and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track the academic and personal progress of students, providing constructive feedback to inform ongoing support strategies.

Promotion of Inclusivity: Actively contribute to the creation of an inclusive classroom environment, fostering a sense of belonging and celebrating the unique potential of every student.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of special educational needs and effective support strategies.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with teaching staff, students, and parents.
