Fortress Maintenance are looking for a multi-skilled tradesman to assist with external works on a number of properties around Woodhall Spa.

We carry out general maintenance on properties for various housing providers and are looking for someone to work with the company supporting with a range of works on the houses.

We currently have several properties in need of fencing repairs and basic groundworks including the relaying of uneven slabs etc.

The work will include:

Installing new fence panels
Building new fencing including installing new posts, rails and feather edge
Building and installing new gates for fences and out buildings
Lifting slabs, rebedding and pointing with mortar
Other general outdoor maintenance

The ideal person will have their own van (will need to collect materials from local depot), will have worked on general housing maintenance before and have previous experience of working on similar jobs.
