Role:
Marketing & Communications Officer

Contracted Hours: 40 per week, working Monday to Friday 08:30am - 4:30pm

Annual leave entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays.

Annual Salary:
£26,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE

Calling all Creative Communicators

The Empower Family Group, based in Monkton Heathfield, Taunton (TA2 8QN) is searching for
a Marketing & Communications Officer whos passionate about crafting engaging content and driving impactful results.

Become a brand champion: Youll be the voice and storyteller, leading internal and external communication strategies for the whole of the Empower Family Group _(Empower Fostering, Empower Residentials, Quantock Outdoor Education and the rest of the groups subsidiaries)_ to amplify our presence in the market.

Fuel growth with creative spark: From website copy to social media content and campaigns, youll develop engaging content that attracts new Foster Carers and team members which drive recruitment efforts.

The successful applicant will have
Proven experience within a social media marketing role for an organisation.

Marketing skills to include use of Content Management Systems (CMS), Canva and proven skills in creating engaging content for social media platforms/ websites etc.

The ability to design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and graphics in line with brand message and brand guidelines.

Creative mindset with an eye for design.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong IT skills with discretion and honesty when handling confidential information.

Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
