About Us

M&N is Hydro International's UK Wastewater Services (UKWWS) team. We support water utility companies by improving sewage sites across the United Kingdom.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and well organised person with an administration background preferably in support of workshop activities, to join us at our Head Office in Portland, Dorset.

In this job you will

  • Provide general administrative support to the team:
  • Project support: Filing, document handling, typing, ordering.
  • Process finalised reports.
  • Ordering spares and supplies both internally and externally.
  • Generate purchase orders as requested.
  • Draft up reports and quotations for the workshop's manager.
  • Send quotations and correspondence to customers.
  • Other administrative duties

About You

  • Current valid driving license is desirable.
  • Previous experience as an administrator/office environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both internally and externally, on all levels.
  • Able to manage own workload and on own initiative.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) skills.
  • Good with figures/financial understanding.
