Job summary

This role supports the finance team with all aspects of accounts payable, supplier management and general finance administration.

Responsibilities

  • Process up to 200 invoices per month across multiple currencies
  • MATCH BATCH AND CODE INVOICES ACCURATELY
  • COMPLETE SUPPLIER STATEMENT RECONCILIATIONS
  • PROCESS SUPPLIER PAYMENTS TWICE WEEKLY
  • HANDLE SUPPLIER QUERIES AND BUILD STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
