  • Genuine people person that can nurture effective working relationships with teammates
  • Own and improve performance of small teams of advisors and team leaders
  • Work with 23 team leaders to identify critical actions to ensure stretched goals are achieved by advisors
  • Review and approve daily team performance looking closely at individual performance opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Educator and local Management Team to create informal and formal plans to manage underperformance
  • Complete sickness paperwork and ensure formal process is adhered to in line with policy
  • Update NEC and partner systems with appropriate recoding of performance metrics
  • Supply critical operational inputs and carefully formulate well thought out requests for MI to support operations
  • Maximise actions to overcome fluctuations in short term capacity gaps and support Operations Manager with any requests to onboard and educate advisors
  • Challenge existing operational processes by conducting a 'trial and error' approach to instigate further testing or implementation
  • Manage potential pilot schemes
  • Manage delivery of the skills framework to ensure teammates are educated on certain workstreams at specific trigger points
  • Track and supply critical information linked directly to the business unit that you manage in an agreed dashboard format
