Position:
Customer Service Representative
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to current and potential customers.
- Answer inbound calls, both enquiries and order processing.
- Ensure any complaint received is processed and resolved as quickly as possible.
- Create and update customer records using company provided software.
- Maintain a tidy office by keeping work space clean.
- Monitor incoming mail box and respond appropriately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager to ensure adequate. coverage of tasks
Requirements:
- A background in taking and processing orders would be beneficial.
- A good level of spoken and written English is required.
On-site working required
Free on-site parking
Salary:
From £10.85 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
