We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our team at HMP Rye Hill, a
category B
Prison located in Rugby.

**Hours

The site currently offers Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Salary

This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £26,145 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:

As a Administrator, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site.

The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/callup lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, faxing etc.

English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
Ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills
Good IT skills and IT literacy
Ability to work within a busy environment
Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures

Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
