We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our team at HMP Rye Hill, a
category B
Prison located in Rugby.

**Hours

The site currently offers Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Salary

This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £26,145 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:

As a Administrator, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site.

  • The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/callup lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, faxing etc.

  • English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills and IT literacy
  • Ability to work within a busy environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
