Sales Support Assistant

Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

£24,500 + Pension + Parking

This is a unique opportunity for a keen, ambitious and energetic Sales Support Assistant to join a very successful local Company and provide a high level of service to their prestigious clients.

Some of your duties will include:

Supporting the Customer Service Manager and assisting with any customer service issues that arise
Answering incoming telephone calls, managing enquiries from potential clients and advising on services provided
Sending out sales literature to potential clients, producing quotations and developing strong relationships
Managing client order requirements and processing orders from instigation point to delivery stage
Liaising with clients after service has been delivered and ensuring they are completely satisfied with products
Maintaining computerised client database records and updating details held when necessary
