An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced mental health clinician to work as a Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner within Whitley Bay Primary Care Network (PCN).


In this role you will be working within a multi-disciplinary team; alongside other PCN roles including mental health practitioners, clinical pharmacists and social prescribers, as well as community mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary sector colleagues; focusing on a personalised care approach to achieve the best possible care outcome for patients.

You will become part of our experienced healthcare team, supporting our core GP services by offering assessment, brief interventions and navigation to local services.
