HR & Recruitment Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Westmill Foods
Description
Working closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Advisor and the Enfield Site management teams, this is a generalist HR administration role with an emphasis on providing recruitment and HR Administration support to our Enfield site.
The role is based at our Enfield site and will contribute as a member of the site teamRole accountabilities
- To assist managers in all aspects of the recruitment process as required, including advert composition, job descriptions, shortlisting and arranging and participating in interviews.
- To process offer letters, changes to contracts for permanent and salaried staff, update the HR system and notify the payroll department.
- To create and place recruitment adverts.
- To liaise with recruitment agencies and Managers over the placement of temporary and permanent staff.
- To contribute to the maintenance and the continuous development of the computerised HR system.
- Providing support to the staff induction programme
- Providing administrative support to investigations and other formal meetings (i.e. note taking, correspondence, etc)
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the HR Business Partner Supply Chain
