We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team in Nottingham.


As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver preprepared lesson materials and manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • Engage students in learning activities and provide support as needed.
  • Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements:


  • A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with young people in an educational setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.
