Job Role:
Adult Education Tutor - Mental Health and wellbeing (Adult/ Children) Substance Misuse, Adult Social Care.

Areas of delivery:
Liverpool City Region, Cheshire West and Chester, Ellesmere Port

Day and hours of work:
Mon-Fri (5 Days per week) 9am-5pm

Salary:
£27, 000 - £29,000 dependant on experience (Can increase to £31,000 once probation is passed and KPI's have been met)

Expected start date:
August 2023

Overview:

Three-Dimensional Training are a business committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients. Due to continuous expansion, 3DT are looking for additional tutors to join their growing team. The tutors are required to deliver classroom or remote training for 19+ learners who are employed or unemployed. Our key areas for delivery are within the Liverpool City Region and also Cheshire West and Chester.

3D are looking for tutors in the following disciplines - Mental Health and wellbeing, Substance Misuse and Adult Social Care (up to level 3).

There are a number of vacancies available.

As well as a variety of other classroom training courses commercially and support with Quality improvements, development of training materials and ad hoc projects utilising your knowledge and skills as appropriate.

Key Job Role Responsibilities

Facilitates; Ensures teaching methods and learning checks are adapted to meet the needs of all learners in their individual settings.
Monitors progress and agrees development actions with learners and partners.
Partner relations; establishes, nurtures and develops relationships with key stakeholders and partners at sites,
Ensure documentation and systems are completed accurately in line with contractual and internal procedures.
Adheres to quality assurance standards; liaises with the Internal Quality Assurer and participates in standardisation and verification visits.
Works with partners and Account managers to closely identify additional training needs for partners / learners and drive forward
Embed British Values and Safeguarding throughout delivery and interaction with learners
Embed maths and English throughout delivery
Embed IAG throughout delivery

Ability to complete paperwork to a high standard in a timely manner
Must be a strong communicator, confident liaising with learners, key contacts, internal team, partners and suppliers

Capable to work within a fastpaced environment, managing workload in line with changing priorities whilst communicating updates
Possess an understanding of the financial impact of delivering training and assessment, whilst always holding the learner and partner needs at the forefront
Understand that the learner, partner and quality comes first, with a drive to always achieve the highest quality service
Professional representation of self and 3DT at all times
