Our very successful Kia dealership in Stevenage is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual that can work in a fast paced environment whilst delivery fantastic customer service.

• Managing relationships with current and previous customers, including regular updates on new products, explaining about current offers and potentially prospecting to offer suitable upgrades where necessary.
• Maintaining your own customer database and managing this effectively as this grows with new enquiries being received on a daily basis.
• Be up to speed on product knowledge and all internal courses administered through our approved manufacturer training programme.
• The ability to consistently hit all necessary targets whilst delivering perfect customer service to ensure great feedback.
• To work under pressure with a real 'Can Do' attitude.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and administration of your own work.
• A Full Driving Licence Is Essential And No Application Will Be Considered Without One.
