Sales Executive/Manager Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced Sales Executives/Mangers to join our team in London, supporting UK growth and expanding agency partnerships.

Drive new business and enhance market presence through effective collaboration with agency leads.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong agency connections and a passion for innovative advertising, who can help shape the future of YouTube and OLV advertising.

Main Responsibilities:

Exceed revenue targets and consistently outperform KPIs by driving exceptional growth.
Prospect, pitch, and close new business with agency leads and decision-makers.
Establish expertise on Silverpush's contextual solutions and vision.
Build and manage high-impact sales pipelines.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client results.

Requirements:

For the Manager role: A minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital media sales, focusing on YouTube, OLV, or programmatic platforms.
For the Executive role: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital media sales, preferably with exposure to YouTube, OLV, or programmatic.
Experience in managing sales pipelines from start to finish.
Deep understanding and interest in the evolving digital media landscape.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
A relentless attitude to task completion, resilience, ambition, and a hunger to grow with a game-changing company.
