Central Bristol, recruiting for a
SalesExecutive on a
permanent, full time basis.
Our client is looking for a confident, self-starter who can build excellent relationships with clients. Previous experience in a sales or events environment would be desirable and excellent communication skills are essential.

The Hiring Manager of this role is passionate about working closely with their team, to ensure they succeed, and to reward and promote within.
About
Outbound calling to previous and prospective customers around the world to promote a portfolio of events and product offering with the intention of generating sales and event registrations.
Location:
Central Bristol
Salary:
£20k - £23k
Commission:
Uncapped - Realistic for the first year £12,000 (£1,000 per month)
Hybrid working: 2 days office/3 from home
Travelling:
You will have the opportunity to travel internationally for the company, which is a great perk
KPIs - You will be working closely with your Sales Manager, utilising a range of techniques to create sales. A wide range of leads will be available, ranging from previous exhibitors, lapsed clients, enquiry forms, clicks to the websiteand mailers.
Our client is all about quality, as opposed to quantity. You're looking at an average of 30 calls per day with prospects. 30 opportunities to work towards your uncapped commission earnings
Duties
Generate sales and maximise revenues including upselling and cross-selling across a defined portfolio of events - managing up to 12 events per year
Exceed sales targets by successfully creating and developing working relationships with new and existing customers, using proactive means (such as regular calls)
Responsible for the sales order process
Work from incoming leads and call lists provided through lead generation activity
Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers throughout the sales process
Ensure customer requests and or concerns are appropriately handled quickly and efficiently
Work closely with the Event Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives
Cold calling new contacts to promote and sell the business and product offering
Track event sales targets ensuring they align with event objectives
Provide regular feedback to the Event Sales Manager and where appropriate, the wider sales management team
Opportunity for international travel to attend events
About you
Previous telesales experience - Desirable
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven organisation and time management skills
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage own workload and budgets
IT literate - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), a CRM system, Internet and Social Media.
Flexible approach and willingness to travel if required
