Purpose of the job:
The Portfolio Executive is responsible for providing client support across all aspects of the client relationship, delivering excellent customer service and dealing with a wide range of queries.
Portfolio Executives will be client focused, supporting, and assisting a range of UK based SME businesses, typically asset secured, with short to medium term facilities ranging from £50k to £5m.
The Work - accountabilities & responsibilities:
- Support the Relationship Manager's client portfolio in all aspects of the client journey and experience.
- Manage client files on the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, including collating necessary documents during the onboarding process and throughout the client's lifecycle.
- Prepare and complete client files to support client reviews for increasing, extending, or exiting of facilities.
- Assist in the delivery of new clients by liaising with multiple stakeholders, whether internal or external.
- Monitor and report on client risk management, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Work collaboratively to improve & maintain operational efficiency.
- Understand and demonstrate the regulatory framework relevant to the role.
- Support the wider Operations Team, as required.

- Administration experience.

- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver work to a high standard.
- Motivated and solutions driven to help improve working practices and facilitate problem solving.
- Effectively manage and prioritise responsibilities, adhering to agreed service levels.
Desirable:
- Financial experience is desirable, not essential, as full training is provided.
Requirements:
You will periodically be required to travel for client visits, attend events and other Reward Finance Group offices - these may include an overnight stay.
