Careersolve are once again proud to be partnering with a specialist manufacturing company basis based in Carlisle, who are continuing to grow and are currently looking for an
Assembly Worker.

This is a full-time role, 39 Hours per Week

Mon - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm

Friday 8am - 3pm

£ £12.11 per Hour

Duties for the
Assembly worker:

Operation of hand / power tools including; Drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting etc.
Operation of general machinery
Guillotine, folder, steelworker, pedestal drill
Interpreting engineering drawings
Marking out of components to a high degree of accuracy
Setup and lay out of components using jigs and templates
Ability to work alone or as part of a team

The Ideal
Assembly Operative will:

Be quality conscious with an eye for detail
Have a flexible approach to work and be able to assist in other departments when required
Be reliable, punctual, willing to work overtime to meet business needs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£11.53-£12.11 per hour
