Location - Erith
Working Hours - Mon - Fri - 07:30 - 17: hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for aForeman to oversee the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment to the required safety levels and within the agreed timescales.
On a day to day basis, you will supervise a team of service engineers to ensure stock is in place, provide technical assistance and organise technical training for the team.
Strong mechanical knowledge
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous experience of supervising a team ideally within a similar industry
Knowledge and experience of managing asset and stock counts
Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
Be able to manage a team and be able to adapt quickly in a fast past environment, ensuring that all H&S and housekeeping is kept to the highest standards.
