Hales Group are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in their Thetford branch. This role would be dealing with permanent recruitment on a full time basis, with progression opportunities available.

Recruitment industry experience is preferred however previous success in a customer-facing sales role would be considered for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, providing they can also demonstrate the right combination of skills and personal qualities.

This role offers a competitive basic salary plus a generous performance-related commission structure.
