The ability to work with system driven processes, along with excellent keyboard skills are a must.

Due to the seasons of the holiday industry, the role requires the ability to multitask and manage own workload, using initiative and problem-solving skills, whilst maintaining calm and control, and a good sense of humour.


Role available:
Property Maintenance Administrator - Full time

  • Managing the cyclical and seasonal works to maintain the properties, in liaison with owners.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety of properties is maintained.
  • Organising, booking and monitoring maintenance; raising work orders and liaising with cleaning and maintenance providers.
  • Liaising with guests and owners to resolve queries and issues during guests stay.
  • Liaising with guests following damages and maintenance, recouping costs where appropriate
  • Responding and resolving customer complaints
  • Ordering, monitoring and paying for gas using the company card.
  • Checking and approving invoices
  • Monitoring and administering the New Property Check process
  • Communicating with all stakeholders (owners, park staff, guests and other organisations) in a clear and concise manner
  • Researching sourcing new suppliers and contractors when needed
  • Project work and ongoing office administration to support the running of the business
  • Adhering to lone working policy when appropriate

Working Hours:
Full time, 5 days per week

Staggered shifts, to include weekends on a rota basis, and shifts to cover 8am-8pm. (8am-4.30pm / 8.45am-5.15pm / 11am-8pm / 8am-7.30pm weekends)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Swaffham, Norfolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administration: 3 years (required)
  • Customer service: 3 years (required)
  • Property maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
