About Our Client:
PageGroup have partnered with an well established Not for Profit organisation in Leeds with a permanent opportunity to join as a Part Time Executive Assistant.
You will serve as a strategic support pillar for a key Executive Team member, acting with implied authority and fostering seamless communication between the executive and the wider university community.
Your responsibilities include managing a team of Executive Administrators, ensuring the executive remains informed, and spearheading coordinated efforts for successful project delivery.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
Your role involves providing proactive executive support, acting as a decision-making authority on behalf of the Executive Team member, overseeing team management, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and leading project coordination as directed by the Executive Team.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Executive Assistant will have
- Substantial experience as a Executive Assistant
- Adeptness in electronic diary management
- Resilience in facing challenges,
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to influence assertively and professionally.
