About being a Catering Recruitment Consultant

Join our
#OneBlueFamily at our well-established
Edinburgh, Scotland branch to grow a desk supplying temporary catering staff to clients (back of house and Chefs).

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities asa Recruitment Consultantwill include:

Proactively developing new catering business by identifying and establishing client relationships and growing your catering desk
Business to business sales calls and visits to clients
Marketing, advertising and working to sales targets
Building your team of Flexible catering Employees
Sourcing and recruiting catering staff for temporary bookings
Service management compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
You will be supported by a very experienced Branch Manager and wellestablished team

About You:

An experienced Recruitment Consultant you will have great relationship building and business to business sales skills with the ability and drive to develop a catering desk.
