About us

Safety First Training is a rapidly growing business and we are looking for an experienced and and engaging trainer who will deliver Ofqual regulated and QNUK approved courses ( First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid and Requalification).

Skills and experience:

• Five years of experience in delivering Ofqual regulated First Aid at Work is preferred
• Experience as a Lead IQA or willingness to become a Lead IQA are strongle desireable
• Patient and curious
• Willingness to travel across London and outside of London
• Creative and thinking out of box we are looking for a trainer who can demostrate new and engaging ways to communcate with learners
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills including
• Proven presentation skills

*A good standard of report writing skills and use of English in order to relate to and communicate orally and in writing with people at all levels in the organisation and externally

• Plan and manage workload with relevant experience of working to deadlines;
• Selfmotivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative, often without direct supervision, or as part of a team when required.
• Punctual and always on time
• Proven understanding of Health and Safety legislation and have ability to undertake moderate manual handling tasks.

Must have capability to travel to different locations across the regions and undertake all assignments in a timely manner; Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times and driving license might help.

The job will be primarly Monday-Friday standard office hours, however, there might be some ad hock requests to work outside of standard working hours.
