Code Red are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst. The role will deliver analysis work for highly complex and high-profile projects, supporting large strategic change delivery. You will build relationships with key colleagues to facilitate effectivecollaborate working. Influence key stakeholders with information from strategic analysis.

You will be planning and facilitating workshops, document the outcome actions and process / requirement documents in an appropriate format.

Technical Skills:

Training and relevant qualifications in business analysis (BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or similar)
Detailed analytical abilities including complex data analysis
High level of direct or relatable business experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
Selfstarter, proven experience of working independently
Related IT knowledge and use of packages to achieve analysis and presentation outcomes
Previous experience of managing business change and specific work packages within large scale projects
Previous experience of developing or managing business analysis templates and documents
Line management and/or significant business analysis coaching experience
