Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for a Civils Administrator to join our vibrant and dynamic team

Responsibilities of the Civils Administrator:
- The Civils Operations Administrator will be responsible for assisting the scheduling of workload linked to priorities and availability of skills and resources for our inhouse team of civil engineering teams,
- Assisting the civil coordinator in collating the daily whereabouts for the engineers/material collection and deliveries.
- Building specific job packs using OCU inhouse management system and collating safedig documentation for engineers.
- Updating our inhouse reporting systems and client portals, ensuring all details are accurate and are measurable.
- Support the coordinator in the administration of finances and reconciliation of timesheets and preparation of selfbilling invoices.
- Assisting the coordinator and to ensure we comply with local authority requirements, including the general administration of excavation registrations.
- Taking minutes on client/internal meetings and distributing them accordingly.
- Finally, any adhoc general administration details necessary to fulfil the role.
