Description
Labour Hire are looking for a Compliance Team Co-Ordinator to begin work for a national gas and electric business.


About the role:


  • Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel Spreadsheets
  • Speaking to landlords and scheduling appointments for inspections etc. Upselling where possible
  • Checking timeframes of work already scheduled to ensure its within the correct timeframe for compliance
  • Monitoring the progress of cases
  • Uploading certificates to the CRM
  • Reacting to inbound calls
  • 9am5:30pm Shift pattern Monday to Friday
- £25,000 per annum salary


About you:


  • You must be computer literate and experienced working with Excel and database packages
  • Confident and outgoing personality with a cando attitude
  • Highly organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail
  • A people person with a friendly manner, able to engage and communicate well
  • Team player who is happy to assist other team members and collaborate with operational departments
  • Customer services experience would be desirable
