Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle features and performance
• Provide information on pricing, financing options, and incentives to help customers make informed decisions
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers to ensure a satisfactory purchase experience
• Collaborate with sales management to meet sales targets and achieve dealership goals
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries, paperwork, and followup tasks
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
• Upselling skills to promote additional products or services that enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience
• Familiarity with sales management software or CRM systems to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales performance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information to callers

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
