Classroom Recruiters, in partnership with a reputable children's residential home in the Burton area catering to children with special needs, are seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a Children's Residential Team Leader.

Requirements:


  • Level 3 Qualification in Care, Children & Young People or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a residential childcare setting is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Job Types:

Salary:
£12.51 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
