Reed have an exciting opportunity for an L&D Consultant to join an L&D Team for a professional services company on a permanent basis.
Benefits:
- Salary 3437k DOE
- Predominantly remote (occasional travel to our offices)
- 28 days holiday + 8 BH

The role:
- Reporting to the L&D Manager
- Responsible for providing a high quality, commercially focused Learning & Development services through designing and delivering appropriate development activities that support the delivery of the L&D strategy.

The person:
- Experience designing, delivering and evaluating programmes and performance focused resources.
- Experience evolving a Learning Management System (LMS)
