Description

Duties:


  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
  • Upsell additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests throughout their meal
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Clean and reset tables for the next guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments
  • Familiarity with food preparation and culinary terminology is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest service

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£11.18-£11.44 per hour
