The Role

In this exciting opportunity you will be looking after some of the biggest tours on the road, you will work with some of the best hotels throughout Europe and feel a sense of pride that you have helped bring it all together.

The role is varied and demands change every day depending on what stage of the tour the client is at.

If you have experience in managing hotel movements, can build strong relations with both clients and suppliers then this could be the role for you

Client Travel Management: In addition to fulfilling your clients travel needs, you will need to be able to learn and understand their wants and needs, be one step ahead and be confident in offering cost and time saving suggestions where you feel would be beneficial to the client

Planning & Organisation:You will be highly organised and experienced in managing large groups and ensuring that your dedicated tour runs as smoothly as possible with exceptional attention to detail

Relationships: You will need to develop and maintain strong & professional relationships with your team, clients and suppliers. Tour Travel have worked with some of their clients for 10 years+ and that is as a result of their successful relationship building

S
upplier Negotiations: You will be confident and actively able to negotiate the best rates in order to reduce client costs.

The Skills we need

Experience:

You will have experience in the Entertainment/Music & Touring travel industry, knowledge of travel industry systems, travel procedures & processes.

Communication:
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate in a calm timely manner. Written and verbal communication skills will be incredibly important in this role. You will need to work with a variety of people, internally and externally, communicating important information clearly and concisely.

Flexibility:
Touring is not 9-5 so neither is this role; flexibility is key.

Whilst Tour Travel have allocated office hours, as a bespoke touring agent they take emergency calls out of hours to accommodate individual client's needs whilst on tour.
