*Senior Recruitment Consultant; Leicester

*Salary - Up to £28,000 (depending on experience), PLUS IMMEDIATE bonus OTE £40,000*Leicester Quest is on the hunt for someone who is looking for the next stage in their career. You will *automatically qualify for immediate bonus*Reporting to the Branch Manager, Senior Consultants will ensure effective sales strategies are in place and to increase the level of new business conversions achieved.

The role would be to manage a warm desk, service existing clients and to build a successful Industrial desk.

*Duties;

Daily communications with existing clients to ensure smooth service
Regular site visits to build relationships
Service review meetings with clients
Advertising vacant positions using all methods in Quest's Recruitment Toolbox
Maintaining branch standards

12 months Industrial recruitment experience
