JOB SUMMARY:


  • To liaise and develop effective working relationships with clients organising and attending meetings and Book fairs with clients either at Marston or the client's premises. Ensure that appropriate attendance is obtained to maximise the achievement of effective outcomes
  • Work with your line manager to ensure that all action points generated from meetings, including those belonging to others are cleared in good time & feedback/progress is given between meetings.
  • Assist with the following procedures; dues releasing, pod/md print runs, standing orders & special processing
  • Title Maintenance, undertake & confirm all new title creation & maintenance ensuring it is kept up to date & accurate.
  • Cover your colleagues' workloads to a sufficient level during absence so that publishers do not experience a reduced service.
  • Prepare jobs with necessary paperwork for completion by other departments.
  • Ensure publisher is kept informed of Marston changes & enhancements to service, provide training on current Vista and BI Systems.
  • Regularly house keep client publisher reports & update system.
  • Contribute to overtime as & when required.

  • Any other task as requested by your manager.

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
