We are looking for a
Production Operative to join the PMP Recruitment team in
Hull, HU3 2BN.
Our client is a Global Medical Technology business with operations in 33 countries.

They develop and market advanced medical devices that help health care and professionals treat patients more effectively - and patients get back to their normal lives faster.

Pay rate as a Production Operative:

2 shifts rotation (06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00):

Pay rate is £14.3
Overtime after 37 hours £18.3
Overtime Bank Holidays Sundays £24.50

3 shifts rotation (06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00):

Pay rate is £14.8
Overtime after 37 hours £18.3
Overtime Bank Holidays Sundays £24.50

Continental Shifts
Shift pattern is a rotation of 12 hours shifts days and nights 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00 rotating 36 hours to 48 hours on a weekly basis, average per month of 42 hours a week

Pay rate is £16.3
Overtime £19.1
Overtime 2 £25.58

Day to day life as a Production Operative:Reporting to the Cell Manager your role will be responsible for safely and competently carry out all duties required to efficiently operate the film processes whilst continually improving our standards towards being a World Class Operation.

Carry out line adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent product quality
To correctly record and use materials
To ensure correct stock accuracy
To carry out all testing to the relevant schedules to comply with specifications
Basic understanding of Health and Safety procedures and practices
Previous experience in food manufacturing would be advantageous
Communicate effectively in English (written, verbal and PC)
Required GCSE in Maths and English (Grade C at a minimum)
