Description
Birmingham Education Partnership have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, organised and has a can-do attitude, to join their team as an Apprentice Administrator.
The individual will have a varied role depending on the project and will be mainly expected to provide general and varied administrative duties across the organisation.

Key responsibilities
- Admin support to the company (draft contracts, printing, scanning,)
- Creating documents as per project e.g booklet making, creating signs, creating packs
- Complete Due diligent checks when new suppliers are being enrolled
- Distribute post
- To be able to work independently as well as in the team
- To be able to create trackers for projects or own workload
- Assist with ordering supplies
- Assist with the continued operation of office equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; arranging repairs with supplier, keeping inventories up to date and providing support to staff re usage where required.
- Assist with Health & Safety admin duties as requested
- Provide general support to visitors
Other duties
- The post holder may be required to lead or support other projects as required by the organisation.
- To undertake any other duty as required by the organisation, commensurate with pay grade, skills and experience.
To work with BEP colleagues to:
- Develop a shared knowledge of BEP projects and products, and create opportunities for mutually beneficial linkages between them.
- Provide mutual support to the development, marketing and delivery of all BEP projects and projects.

- This is an apprentice level role so no previous experience is required
