1. Lead the effort to develop programmes and events for Evangelism- Effectively partner with various ministry teams to support the Church's outreach programmes and events
- Organise seminars, webinars, and workshops to equip and educate church members about effective Evangelism
- Create an Outreach Care Strategy
- Initiate and create new frontiers of how the good news would reach more people.
- Organise monthly and quarterly prayer meetings to intercede for new converts.
- Assist with the Coordination and communication of the Church's Evangelism Day and other local outreaches.
- Provide regular updates to the Resident Pastor regarding the progress and accomplishment of defined tasks and goals.
Requirements:

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Leadership and Communication Skills
- Creative and Self-directed Problem Solver
- Adequate Experience in Project and Event Management
Desirable:
- Must have missionary experience working with the Black Minority group
- Must be an ordained Christian Minister of God
- Ability to relate and communicate well with the Black Minority Group
- Must be willing to undertake travelling engagements

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Working areas are to be cleaned and sanitised frequently, resources are made available to get this done.
