Position Overview:

As a Site supervisor within my client's business, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the fabrication, fit-out, and installation of our premium staircases.

You will work closely with our talented team of craftsmen, ensuring that each project meets our exacting standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring precise execution of design specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to onsite personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Collaborate with project managers and designers to resolve any technical or logístical challenges that may arise.
Maintain meticulous documentation of project milestones, expenditures, and quality control measures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in fabrication and fitout, preferably within the construction or architectural industries.
SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) is essential.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needs.
