Marks Sattin is working in partnership with a global consulting firm based in Oxford who are currently on the lookout for a Finance Manager.

This role based in Oxford (Hybrid) and is a great opportunity to join a global business within the team managingongoing projects.

You will take a key role within the finance function by producing management accounts, business partnering both finance and non finance alongside providing key analysis to drive commercial opportunities

This role will be paying between £45k and £53k per annum with excellent benefits including 1-2 days per week in the office and 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays


Finance Manager Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Oversee and develop a small team (c3 direct reports) ensuring development of skill set and opportunities
  • Business partner with both finance and non finance stakeholders
  • Project focus with key areas including budgeting and forecasting process
  • Assessing the projects financial performance and creating analysis to improve and drive where necessary
  • Monthly management accounts
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (QBE considered)
  • Prior experience within a project/consultancy business
  • Blend of management accounting and FP&A experience
  • Strong business partnering/stakeholder management
