Role Overview


The Security & Events Operations Supervisor is a pivotal role that bridges our frontline staff with the Operations and Business Support teams.

This role is integral to upholding our service standards, fostering client relationships, and nurturing our team's growth.

Collaborating closely with the Security Operations Manager and Business Support team, ensure that KPIs are met and the company's values are consistently upheld.

A significant portion of this role involves frontline duties, exemplifying best practices, and leading teams at our various event sites.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to effectively manage the Security and Events department.
  • Serve as a primary contact for staff and clients, offering guidance, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
  • Proactively engage with clients on a weekly basis to build trust and ensure outstanding service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced staff members alongside the Operations Manager.
  • Dedicate approximately 25 hours per week to frontline service delivery, with the flexibility to adapt to varying weekly needs and busier periods.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory capacity within the Private Security Industry or a relevant field with transferable skills.
  • Must possess a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure in fastpaced environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse work situations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
