LSA Group are a family owned business who specialises in the Property Maintenance sector, we have worked in the industry for over 25 years and have grown from a two person regional company to a National business with over ten employees.

Due to this ongoing growth, we are now looking to bring on a fourth member to the Jobs Manager team, reporting in to our Operations Director you would be responsible for growing a portfolio of existing accounts as well as being responsible for bring on new accounts.


We work in a extremely fast paced environment where everything we have planned can all be changed on the back of a single phone call.

Your roles involves assessing jobs as they come in and then fielding these jobs to the respective engineer, either by location or skill set, whilst keeping the client updated throughout the whole process.


You also need to build and maintain the relationships with the engineers and also the clients who we work with.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build relationships with both existing and new property managers
  • Issue and allocate jobs to the relevant engineers in line with contract KPIs
  • Manage the engineers' diaries ensuring KPIs and appointments are met
  • Liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time
  • Liaise with the customer to ensure all updates are communicated effectively
  • Source parts
  • Update/maintain the Company's maintenance software
  • Ensure compliance (working alongside Compliance Manager)
  • Collate engineers job sheets

Key experience and qualifications required are:

  • Good IT skills and a familiarity with Microsoft packages are essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player with ambition
  • Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Administration qualification (desired)
  • Industry knowledge would be beneficial
  • Work on your own initiative or as part of a team
  • Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
  • Have good attention to details and organisation skills
  • Have the desire to learn and continually improve your knowledge

Salary:
£27,271.49-£32,956.53 per year
