The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:

  • Supporting with ER cases
  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Implementing HR systems
  • Updating employee records
  • Advising line managers in line with company policy

Profile

The successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience working in a generalist role
  • Experience working in a small business
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
