The Paraplanner role

The core purpose of this role will be to provide technical paraplanning support to a team of busy financial planners assisting them with creation of financial recommendations.

You will access existing portfolio valuations and create analysis and comparison reports demonstrating viability and strength of suggested financial plans.
Conducting product and provider research.
You will create bespoke suitability letters justifying the reasons for each piece of advice.
Areas covered will include mainly pensions and investments but also protection, both individual and corporate business.
Analysis of clients' existing arrangements will also be required to determine ongoing suitability at review.

Requirements:

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions and protection.
You will ideally hold or be working towards the CII Level 4 Diploma.
