Key Responsibilities:


  • Work together with the Sustainability Manager on CSR projects, including Green Key and Earth Check Certification, and sustainable KPI analysis.
  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of impactful CSR projects, aligning with Sofitel's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Integrate CSR practices into daily operations and financial strategies by working closely with crossfunctional teams.
  • Handson involvement in the development and execution of impactful CSR projects, including Green Key and Earth Check Certification, and sustainable KPI analysis.
  • Work on quality projects, with regards to trainings and assessing quality reports such as Forbes and LQA.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance to support financial operations and strategic planning.
  • Work alongside the Finance team on project management tasks, such as implementing new financial processes and ensuring team compliance.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying a relevant field related to CSR or sustainability.
  • Previous experience in the luxury hotel industry is highly desirable.
  • Passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and environmental conservation.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
