Key Responsibilities:

Work together with the Sustainability Manager on CSR projects, including Green Key and Earth Check Certification, and sustainable KPI analysis.
Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of impactful CSR projects, aligning with Sofitel's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
Integrate CSR practices into daily operations and financial strategies by working closely with crossfunctional teams.
Handson involvement in the development and execution of impactful CSR projects, including Green Key and Earth Check Certification, and sustainable KPI analysis.
Work on quality projects, with regards to trainings and assessing quality reports such as Forbes and LQA.
Collaborate with the Director of Finance to support financial operations and strategic planning.
Work alongside the Finance team on project management tasks, such as implementing new financial processes and ensuring team compliance.

Qualifications

Currently studying a relevant field related to CSR or sustainability.
Previous experience in the luxury hotel industry is highly desirable.
Passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and environmental conservation.
Strong analytical and financial skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligible to work in the UK.
