You will quickly develop a thorough knowledge of market and client challenges with the overall goal to provide practical advice and guidance to achieve the most effective and commercially valuable business development activities.

As the BD expert, the lawyerswill rely on you to identify opportunities for growth, continue to expand the CRM programme and ensure both current and prospective clients are aware of the exceptional work that we do.

Our client work with an array of clients and their lawyers are qualified to work in all three jurisdictions ofthe UK.

Additionally, the firm works internationally with like-minded independent law firms.


Description


The lawyers will rely on you to identify opportunities for growth, continue to expand the CRM programme and ensure both current and prospective clients are aware of the exceptional work that we do.


Working with the Pursuits team, you will support lawyers in creating quality pitches as a large proportion of their clients now utilise competitive tender processes to appoint their legal advisors.

You will also be monitoring upcoming opportunities to winwork.


Keeping on top of emerging market trends and being able to define the firm's services and USP to the markets in which you are operating will be key to your success.


You will monitor the effectiveness of plans and campaigns and be constantly reviewing the effectiveness of the business development activity that is taking place.


Profile
You will have a business development background in the legal sector.
