About Our Client:
Health and fitness company in Shepperton.
- Making sure customer has provided PO and/or signing of contract so invoicing is possible
- Invoicing out all contracts
- Ensuring up to date contact lists, so contracts are sent to correct correspondence increasing likely hood of receiving signed contracts
- Once a contract is signed; letting maintenance/ inductions know so they can implement mobilisation and scheduling according to contract
- Liaising with Rolstone Langmead to follow up on any new installs and if a contract can be implements and to who.
- Constantly reviewing the contracts process and offering better efficiency solutions to processes
- All reasonable requests by management
- Answering telephone and directing to applicable department
- Take direction from RM on specific tasks to assist various departments.
- Management of own professional development
